Cancellation Policy
We get it, life happens!! To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask you to adhere to our appointment and cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please reach out immediately by texting or calling Ashley at **317-937-6800**. Prompt communication allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate you. We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this period, we will provide as much of the service as possible, although you will be billed for the entire service. Sometimes this looks like leaving with wet hair. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. This will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and you can be charged up to 75% of the service fee. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment: 50% of the total service fee will be charged.
Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows: 75% of the service fee will be charged.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!
